Intentional hair removal,
made permanent.
Electrolysis is the only method recognized as permanent hair removal. The practice at Willow honours that with attention, accuracy, and skill.
Willow is a Toronto studio founded by Chloe Vemuri, LE. Chloe is a licensed esthetician and a certified electrologist with seven years of experience in skincare and hair removal, and a member in good standing of the Federation of Canadian Electrolysis Associations (FCEA), Ontario chapter. Before Willow, she ran Naturabrow, a sugaring studio in Oregon, where she built a reputation for considered, careful body work and the kind of conversations that made clients feel actually heard.
At Willow, every consultation is honest about what to expect. Every client, no matter what they need treated, is met without assumption.
Chloe LE ยท Studio Founder
Hair removal, since the third grade.
Chloe has been thinking about hair removal almost her entire life. She started secretly shaving her arms in the third grade. By seventh grade she was making sugar wax at home and giving her friends facials. By senior year of high school she was waxing classmates before prom. Over the years, on herself, she has tried nearly every method available: shaving, plucking, epilators, trimmers, bleaching, depilatory creams, threading, waxing, sugaring, laser, and electrolysis.
She enrolled in an esthetics program in California in 2018 and currently holds active licenses in California and Oregon, two of the most rigorous state-board licensing systems in the United States. Electrolysis was the eventual addition. It was the only method she had tried that actually finished the work.
Hair shapes how people feel in their own skin. That is where Chloe came to the practice from, and it is still how she treats it. Her husband Sam and her sister Lynzie have been her biggest supporters along the way.
Four things that shape every session.
Trained, careful work
Electrolysis is precise. Skill in insertion depth, current intensity, and timing is what separates a permanent result from one that needs to be redone. Chloe brings a careful, trained approach to every session.
Honest consultations
A consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We talk through your goals, look at the area, do a small test if you're up for it, and leave you with a realistic timeline. Cost is a longer conversation. Electrolysis is priced by the minute and depends on how your hair responds over time.
No assumptions
Every client is met as they are. No body is too big, too small, too hairy, too anything. The studio is for everyone, and the work begins from there.
A space that feels like one
A treatment room should feel like a treatment room. Soft light, warmth, and comfort. You're more than welcome to bring AirPods and an audiobook, a podcast, or a playlist. Many clients settle in this way.
Why Willow.
Chloe grew up in Willows, a small town in California, where she first developed her love of skincare. For her tenth birthday, she asked her parents for a spa-themed party at the house.
The willow itself is a graceful, resilient tree, present in nearly every culture's idea of healing. There is also a quiet thread of medical history in the name: aspirin is derived from compounds first isolated in willow bark, and many clients take aspirin before a session. It felt like the right name.
Equipment chosen for precision.
Surgical loupes
Sessions are performed under medical-grade magnifying loupes. The added clarity lets Chloe place the probe exactly along each follicle, which is the difference between a treated hair that does not return and one that does.
For you, that means cleaner work, less skin reactivity, and a faster road to a permanent result.
Apilus xCell PUR
Willow uses the Apilus xCell PUR, Dectro’s flagship computerized electrolysis epilator and the device most commonly chosen by senior practitioners. Thirteen treatment frequencies and finely tunable current settings make it possible to match the work to your specific skin and hair.
The practical effect: settings that match your body closely, sessions that feel as comfortable as the work allows, and a result that holds.
