What information Willow collects.
Through the contact form, Willow collects the information you choose to share: your name, email address, area of interest, and the message you write. Nothing else is collected from the form. Standard server logs may record your IP address briefly for security and abuse prevention.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to collect anonymous page view data. No personal information, cookies, or cross-site tracking is used. The data collected includes page views, referrer information, and general visitor statistics to help improve the website experience.
Why the information is collected.
To respond to your consultation request, schedule an appointment, and provide care that is appropriate for your skin, hair, and goals. Nothing more.
How the information is used.
Form submissions are sent to a private email inbox monitored by Chloe. Information you share during a consultation is recorded only as needed for safe, continuous care, and is not shared with anyone outside Willow.
How information is stored.
Email is stored with a standard transactional email provider for delivery. Records related to your care are kept securely and retained only as long as needed to provide good ongoing service. Booking and intake are handled through Hone, our booking platform, which has its own privacy and security practices.
Who has access.
Only Chloe. No staff, no third-party marketers, no data brokers.
No mailing lists without consent.
Willow does not run a mailing list and does not add you to one when you submit the contact form. If a newsletter is ever offered in the future, joining will be opt-in only.
Correction and deletion.
If you would like to see, correct, or delete the information Willow holds about you, send a request to hello@willowelectrolysis.com. Reasonable requests are honoured promptly.
